Fulcrum Thematic Equity Market Neutral Fund
The Fulcrum Thematic Equity Market Neutral Fund aims to generate
positive total returns which are generated independently of what might
be happening in the other components of your portfolio or whether
the market goes up or down – in that sense it is “market-neutral”.
It is run by an experienced Fund Manager, supported by a strong
team and institutional structure, and has generated returns which are
strongly ahead of cash rates since inception, while also being a fantastic
diversi昀椀er in your portfolio.

Team experience:
Fawaz has been Head of Equities at
Fulcrum since 2017 and has been running
this strategy there since February 2018.
Prior to Fulcrum, he was a Portfolio
Manager at Moore Capital for three years
(2013 – 2016), where he ran a similar
strategy. Prior to Moore, he was a PM at
Hadron Capital for three years (2011 –
2013), running the same strategy. Prior
to this, Fawaz worked on the sell side
for Citigroup, Morgan Stanley and has a
degree from MIT and an MBA from the
London Business School.
